The company is based on a Case Management Model and continues to provide Case Management Services and Therapies to clients. The uniqueness of the model ensures that clients and their referring agents only pay one set fee that encompasses all of the services required. This ensures that direct care, case management and training requirements are all costed for in one package and there are no additional hidden costs. We are also able to provide Therapy Services that can be costed into the overall package.
The philosophy of AJM Constant Care focuses on the quality and consistency of the service being provided. AJM Constant Care is a small company and herein lies it's strength in that the company is committed and dedicated to standards of care for clients whilst ensuring that the quality of the service comes at financially favourable costs to clients and employed carers and Support Workers alike.
As a Care Agency provider AJM Constant Care is keen to be unique in it's service provision model in that it can be proven that Care Agencies can exist whereby employees are valued and this is reflected in their rates of pay, not in the profit made by the company. AJM Constant care has a strong commitment to client needs and advocating on clients and their families behalf.
Alison McDowell
AJM Constant Care Ltd was founded by Alison McDowell. Alison is a State Registered Occupational Therapist having qualified from St Andrews School of Occupational Therapy in 1991. Alison is registered with the Health Professions Council and is a member of the British Association of Occupational Therapists. AJM Constant Care Ltd is presently in the process of becoming registered with the Care Quality Commission.
Alison's experience in Health Care spans 20 years and has brought her into contact with people who have a Learning Disability, Mental health Problem, Brain Injury or other Neurological Condition. Alison's 11 years specifically practising as a Case Manager ensures that she has the hands on experience of knowing how to set up and oversee Care Packages and delivering what clients and their families require. Her background as an Occupational Therapist also allows her to be able to quickly assess client needs and identify rehabilitation goals. Alison's Independent Practice as an Occupational Therapist and Brain injury Case Manager was founded in June 2006 and now also operates under AJM Constant Care Ltd.
