AJM Constant Care is a small company that is predominantly dedicated to the provision of quality care and rehabilitation for people in their own homes who have sustained a brain injury or have a Neurological condition. We provide the following services:-
- Carers and Support Staff
- Case Management
- Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech and Language Therapy
- Psychology
All care packages are set up specifically with each individual client in mind. Carers and Support Workers are trained specifically to be able to work with individual clients and their families. Training ensures that all care and support staff staff meet the standards as set out by the Care Quality Commission and Therapists are state registered with the Health professions Council and their own governing bodies. All staff have a enhanced Criminal records Bureau check (CRB).

We have over 20 years experience within the field of care and over 11 years experience in setting up and overseeing care packages. Our experience is predominantly within the field of Brain Injury, other Neurological disorders and Learning Disabilities.
